THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW (THE "TERMS") GOVERN YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE LOCATED AT WWW.DPBIMPORTS.COM ON THE WORLD WIDE WEB (THE "SITE") OF DPB IMPORTS, LLC, AND YOU ARE LEGALLY BINDING ON YOU. YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE TERMS MAY BE MODIFIED, UPDATED, AMENDED OR REVISED IN ANY MANNER BY US FROM TIME TO TIME WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU.

GENERAL USE AND RESTRICTIONS
All information, documents, images, plans, products, software and services provided on this Site, including trademarks, logos, graphics and images, (collectively the "materials") are provided to you by DPB Imports, LLC.
The Company grants you the limited rights to display the Materials on your personal computer, and to use the Materials to the extent necessary in order to plan your desired kitchen and purchase the necessary products from You acknowledge and agree that you have no right to distribute, modify, edit, alter, publicly perform, display or enhance any of the Materials in any manner. This limited license terminates automatically, without notice to you, if you breach any of these Terms. Upon termination of this limited license, you agree to immediately destroy any downloaded and printed Materials. Except as stated herein, you acknowledge that you have not right, title nor any interest whatsoever in or to the Materials, on any legal basis, without the advanced written consent and authorization of The Company If you violate these Terms, The Company reserves the right to terminate your yes of the Site upon its first notice to you.
By entering this sector of our site you acknowledge that you are a current wholesale customer established with DPB Imports.
By submitting your orders via the price sheets you are aware that the order is sent directly to DPB Imports and that you accept your order as you entered it.
Once your order is received by us we will in turn create an invoice for you to accept by signing your approval on the invoice.
Your invoice must then be returned to DPB Imports for processing.
Your order will not be processed until you have signed, returned and paid in full for your order.
Disclaimer
All prices are subject to change without notice. All pricing is for unassembled cabinets FOB Tampa. Before assembling cabinets please inspect all cabinet parts. All cabinets returned for damage shall be returned in the original carton and neatly packaged for exchange only ( NO REFUNDS).
EXPLANITION
Order form may be printed blank in order to fax over orders.
Quote may be accessed however if submit button is pressed order will be transmitted and payment will be expected upon invoice approval.
SHIPPING
Shipping is provided freight collect at your location. Meaning you pay the freight company. We currently use SAIA as our primary carrier and receive a large discount when using them however you may use any company that you would like if supplying your bill of lading and all shipment information when placing your order.
Special orders must be paid in full when order is placed. All orders must be paid in full prior to leaving the warehouse.
DAMAGED
Damaged Cabinets It is the customer's obligation to inspect the cabinets prior to assembling. If there are any damages it is the customer's responsibility to repack the cabinets in the original box and tape the package as received and return it for exchange only. All warranty doors or drawer fronts take aprox. 8 to 10 weeks for replacement. Any cabinet received from shipper with damage will need to be refused and a freight claim filed between you and the freight company.
Any and all orders must be faxed to DPB Imports. Any changes made to original order 24 hrs after receiving an order conformation will receive a $40 change order fee; including but not limited to additions or deletions. A restocking fee of 20% will be charged on any return. All returns must be in original box with original taping. If a return is required due to the wrong style/color of cabinets being ordered by the customer and requires a return/exchange their will be a 20% restocking fee on the entire order.
Display discount will be applied once display is installed in showroom take a picture include surroundings a 20% credit on the showroom will be created for you to use on your next cabinet order.
